SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order we will ship out your  purchase within three business days.  For example, If you purchase your item on a Friday we will ship your package out no later than Wednesday.   We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and for your convenience we will provided you with the tracking number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@capturedmomentsboutique.com  requesting a refund.  If a request is approved an authorization code will be issued. The item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the date the authorization code was issued to receive a full/partial refund.  After that deadline the authorization code will be invalid and the refund will be forfeited. Please note: We do not reimburse/refund the cost to ship the item back.
